The JA high-speed solvent-free laminating machine is designed and manufactured by fully absorbing the advanced design concepts of well-known European manufacturers such as Italy, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic. The main components of the equipment coating head, such as the transfer rollers, coating rollers, and coating head wall panels, are imported and assembled from Taiwan's cooperative manufacturers to ensure the mechanical accuracy and coating accuracy of the coating head. The equipment adopts a 360PLC control system, which has the advantages of high control accuracy, uniform coating, stable tension, and a user-friendly interface. All electrical and pneumatic components of the whole machine are high-end imported components to ensure the overall performance of the equipment.
